Eustitia

Eustitia ( ユースティティア, Yūsutitia?) is a city renowned as the capital of astronomy. It is located near the center of the Astrea country on a low-inclination mountain range. The people live at about 1,500 meters above sea level. The center of Eustitia is it's Observatory.[1]
Overview
The only way to reach Eustitia is to ride a train to the base of the mountains and hop onto a ropeway. Unlike most metropolises of several hundred kilometers, it is a world under a sky untainted by human-produced colors and enveloped in a natural jet-black veil.
Eustitia is called the “capital of astronomy” due of its superiority in astronomical observation, but it could also be said that the most remarkable characteristic of the city was being home to one of the world’s leading astronomical research institutes.[1]
