Initially, the was education only six weeks, but it had to be shortened to 4 weeks, then 2 weeks, since the demand for human resources from various places grew. However, when the war ended and soldiers come back to work, women's mobilization gradually lifted. Still, the reconstruction business alone had enormous work, and the document work for the demobilized was massive, and the women who got a job in hand were necessary everywhere.
